If any member believes they have experienced inappropriate treatment, discrimination, or a violation of Club Policy, Rules, or Codes of Conduct, the following steps should be taken:
● Initially, report the matter to the appropriate age group Parent Representative. If unavailable, contact the Club Secretary.
● Provide detailed information about the incident/complaint, including the what, where, and when.
● Include any witness statements and names.
● Identify others who may have faced similar treatment.
● Share details of any previous complaints related to the incident, specifying the date, recipient, and nature of the complaint.
● Propose potential solutions for resolving the incident.
The Club’s Management Committee will conduct hearings upon request.
The Club’s Management Committee holds the authority to:
● Issue warnings regarding future conduct.
● Temporarily suspend membership.
● Permanently expel individuals found to have violated Dexter Sports Policies or Codes of Conduct.
The decision of the Club Committee is considered final.
