How to Report an Incident

Initial Contact
Report the matter to your age group Parent Representative. If they are unavailable, please contact the Club Secretary.

Provide Detail
Clearly document the what, where, and when. Include names of witnesses and any statements available.

Historical Context
Identify if others faced similar treatment and share details of any previous related complaints (including dates and recipients).

Proposed Solution
Please share what you believe would be a potential solution for resolving the incident.
Committee Authority
The Club’s Management Committee will conduct hearings upon request and holds the authority to:
- Issue formal warnings regarding future conduct.
- Temporarily suspend club membership.
- Permanently expel individuals found to have violated Policies or Codes of Conduct.
The decision of the Club Committee is final
