Dexter Sports YFC is responsible for setting standards and values to apply throughout the Club at every level. Football belongs to everyone and all who participate should enjoy it equally.

Zero Tolerance

Dexter Sports YFC will not tolerate sexual or racially based harassment or any type of discriminatory behaviour. Such actions will be met with appropriate disciplinary action in every context.

Anti-Bullying Standards

Bullying will not be tolerated in any form. Our definitions include:

Category	Behaviours
Physical	Kicking, hitting, or theft.
Verbal	Racist/homophobic remarks, threats, or name-calling.
Emotional	Isolating individuals, spreading rumours, or humiliation.
