Managing a club of our size, with over 500 players, 46 teams and 125 coaches, has always come with significant administrative complexity. Registrations, payments, fixture scheduling, compliance tracking, kit orders and team finances all needed to be handled across a patchwork of spreadsheets, emails and WhatsApp messages.

That changes now. We'd like to introduce BOB — the Back Office Backbone of Dexter Sports FC. A purpose-built club management system that brings everything our club needs into one place and is accessible from anywhere.

Built for Dexters, by Dexters

BOB was designed and built entirely in-house by Elliott Cook, Technical Designer, U15 Lions Assistant and Fixture Secretary at Dexter Sports FC. What started as a solution to a growing administrative workload has grown into a platform that genuinely rivals commercial systems used by professional clubs, at a fraction of the cost.
